I’m going to talk about a very close friend of mine who is also my group team leader. This assignment, we were assigned as a team and luckily I’m with one of my close friend, we’re a group of very close friends. We voted her to be our leader because we think that she would make a great leader; and a great leader that who she is.
What makes her a great leader is that she knows the strength and weaknesses. She is very aware of the strength and weaknesses of each and every member of our team. That makes her so much easier to allocate the tasks for everyone that suits their strength. Hence, the production is going to be very high quality. Another thing that makes her a great leader is that she is very smart, she is clever, sharp-minded but she’s also very detail-oriented.
That means that every product or every report that we’re putting out there, she is checking every single source and she is checking every single word to make sure that it makes sense and we get the highest marks.
Another great thing about her is that she is good with communication within the team. She knows how to deal with people, she knows how to listen and she knows how to adapt to different situation. Needless to say, she is very flexible and persistent. She is someone who set a very clear goal to the team so that we can work ourselves towards that goal.
